1. About us
Heritage Sash provides sash window repair, restoration, vaccum glass and replacement services across London & Essex.
2. Quotes & pricing
All quotes are provided based on initial information and/or site inspection. Prices may vary if additional work is required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We aim for
clear, upfront pricing with no hidden costs.
3. Booking & scheduling
Work dates are agreed in advance. Access to the property must be provided as arranged. Delays caused by access issues may result in rescheduling
4. Payments
Payment terms are fixed. A 50% deposit is required to schedule works to start. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
5. Scope of work
Work will be carried out as agreed in writing. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding
6. Repair vs replacement
We prioritise repair and restoration wherever possible. However, if a window is found to be beyond repair during works, we will Inform you immediately provide options before proceeding
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to work areas. Removing fragile or valuable items near windows ensuring pets and children are kept safe during works
8. Workmanship
We take pride in high-quality workmanship. Minor variations in finish may occur due to age of existing materials or existing window condition
9. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues. We will take reasonable care when working on your property. Liability is limited to the value of the work carried out
10. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable iof work has been scheduled or materials ordered
